Giving Importance to School Culture

We believe each student is unique and has an innate talent. To help them identify their talent, we have made sure to include various co-curricular and sports activities in the weekly curriculum and school culture. It includes taekwondo, basketball, hockey, gymnastics, cricket, skating, table tennis and many more. Among other games, these games have made it possible for the students to participate in competitions on a national and international level. Many of our students have made us proud as well.

The Arts Curriculum

Visual Arts 

The school offers two art studios for the junior and senior wings and also has a pottery studio. The students are given ample opportunities to get involved in artistic projects both as a part of their curriculum and otherwise on an individual level. Practising arts doesn’t only make the students creative but also helps to release the stress from life and studies.

Art is something that helps to manage anxiety and depression. Visual arts include drawing, painting, and designing. The modern visual arts include photography and digital images as well.

Performing Arts

The school has two dance studios, one for Indian dance and the second one for Western dance, and we have a dedicated faculty for the same. Different dance types from across the world are taught to the students. The school has two dance groups: Natraj and the Dance Warriors. Vocal music training is also given to the students: the school has two choirs, Parwaz and Udaan.

They perform at most of the school functions. Instrumental music, both Indian and Western, is also taught. Moreover, the school has a pipe band of 40 members as well.

Dramatics

Throughout the year, we give students a lot of opportunities to showcase their talents on stage on various occasions. At K.R.   1. First Ever Football Tournament (2022): A total of 16 teams participated in the under-14 & under-17 event, and more than 350 students witnessed this event.

  2. Annual inter-school competition, ‘Dimensions’: This mega event was first organised in 2015 as a part of our school culture and is designed in a way keeping real-world scenarios in mind, which focuses on the cognitive development of the students. 

Admission Process at K.R. Mangalam World School, Vaishali

The school has classes from pre-nursery to class 12. It is one of the best nursery schools in Vaishali. The admission process is as follows: 

  1. Step One: Application.
    Parents are required to fill out an application form and submit the documents, like the proof of the date of birth of the child, proof of residence, Aadhaar Card etc.

  2. Step Two: Interaction with the admission counsellor (for pre-nursery to 5th class), while for classes sixth to twelfth, the child has to pass a written test based on the curriculum of the previous year.
